Product description
White wine variety brought from Italy in the 13th century.
“This typical jewel from Karst spontaneously fermented for 10 days in an open wooden container and rested in an old wooden barrel for almost a year – this is why wooden notes are present, but it is not a barrique wine. It has a salty and mineral flavor with acid and mild sweetness in the background.”
Food pairing?
Stew, pasta, seafood, and sushi.
Funkiness
The number of wine flies on the image reflects the complexity - funkiness of the wine. Wines with a single wine fly are more suitable for people who never experienced natural wines before. Funkiness IS NOT a reflection of quality! (click for more info on funkiness)
